WP6- Scientific Dissemination an Impact Creation
WP6 task will evolve throughout the lifecycle of the project and will comprise, on one hand, actions mostly related to the promotion of project’s findings, via potential research publications and standardization initiatives, while on the other hand, will focus on the identification of business opportunities for the AIM technology and its services through studies on niche markets, which will eventually lead to the establishment of concrete and viable exploitation plans to be adopted after the end of the project.
WP6 comprises the following objectives:
- To acquire early marketing information about the project’s architecture suitability to accommodate sufficiently power management applications and evaluate its overall business opportunities, the major actors, their roles, etc (Europe, US, and Japan)
- To define and implement appropriate business plans ensuring project’s commercial and technological viability
- To assess project’s technology business opportunities, in terms of market trends, volumes, specific equipment requirements and market evolution, and to identify potential market niches and risks
- To address and project onto the work plan of the project trends and technologies of energy management in the addressed field of household appliances
- To elaborate on partners’ exploitation plans based on the continuous assessment of the market and the technological course of the project
- To continuously monitor the technological and market advances in the addressed fields and provide feedback to the project management and the technical teams so as to tune accordingly ongoing design activities
- To perform standardization activities
